From dispatch to maintenance support, JB Freight is built to give drivers a smoother trucking experience. 15–20 drivers join JB Freight every month because of our service, support, and competitive pay.
What We Offer

Owner Operators
Owner Operators at JB Freight get access to Amazon Power Only loads, professional dispatch support, and a transparent deduction structure.
- Amazon Power Only loads
- Dispatch fee: 10%, Admin fee: $60/week
- Promotional dispatch fee: 8% for the first 2 weeks for qualifying targets
- Insurance: $350/week
- Logbook & IFTA: $85/week
- Weekly settlements
- Reliable support team
- Mechanic shop support available
Company Drivers
JB Freight also has 3–4 trucks available for qualified Company Drivers.
- Pay starts at $0.65 CPM
- Up to $0.70 CPM after the first month
- $0.70 CPM available for drivers with clean background, strong experience, and professional performance
- Minimum 2 years of CDL experience preferred
- Volvo & Freightliner trucks
- Truck years: 2021–2026

Our team works to keep drivers moving with professional communication and reliable planning. Load Type is Amazon Power Only. Our fleet includes Volvo and Freightliner trucks, ranging from 2021 to 2026.
